Thank's for the head's up and the info research on Waggoner's. As far as I can tell United road is a no DUI company but I have not talked to them on the phone so I am no 100% sure about that.

OK, I checked the website again, it's listed as auto hauling, but it's actually hauling sprinter vans on flatbed.

You would be surprised at the number of good companies who will overlook the gap in driving history. I know someone who was out of a truck for 12 years but had a lot of tanker experience prior. He recently just stepped right back into a good gas hauling gig with no questions. Had other good offers as well. If you have a clean record for the last 5 years and can drive well I think your chances are good. Finding good guys who can pass a drug test and don't have a 4 page MVR is becoming a tough task for these companies.

As an owner of a company. The DUI should not hold you back as much as the limited experience. Where are you from

Thank's for the reply Ziggy,
Yeah I figured that as much. I am sure I'll get the verifiable experience one way or another.
I'm out of Washington State. -
Hay Derailed thanks for the response.
That's good to hear but I only have a Basic CDL no endorsement's. Plus my (verifiable) experience would be on par with or just slightly ahead of a CDL school Graduate.
I'm sure my MRV is clear in the past 5 years but I am going to pull my MRV sometime in the next week or so to be 100% sure. No reason I would not pass a drug test unless I ate a dozen poppy seed bagels tomorrow and rolled around in drug infested hundred dollar bills. -
I know for a fact that Swift will hire you without a refresher, as long as you pass their 5 minute drive test at orientation. Despite their reputation, they have treated me right for the past 2 yrs. I am on a dedicated acct so the pay isn't too bad.
United Road will also hire you after you get a little recent experience. I called them last week and they do not care about my DUI back in 1990. As long as it is not within the last 7 yrs, you're ok.
