Other than a couple of small budget concerns that I was going to handle tomorrow, I thought I was home free. My servitude to the community was almost over.....
This evening the mayor's 90 plus year old parents were in an accident. Thankfully, they are going to be alright! They were banged up badly enough that they are being kept in the hospital.
.....I just realized what that means .....meetings.....I have to go to more meetings..............I am tired of dealing with unreasonable horse's behinds .....I feel another conniption fit is quite possible. I will have to convince certain city officials that ordinances apply to all citizens and can not be swept under the carpet because someone comes in with a limo, money and an attitude. All politics are local....it starts on a community level. I feel a big lotta evil coming on

And you want to know what I am really tired of? Having to dress for meetings ....uncomfortable clothes, make-up, dress shoes ......I think I'm just going to put on my jeans and butt-kickers. Please start gathering bail money....

ShopKo of Omaha. The most stupidly run place I've ever been to. Appt at 0700, you have to call a temp agency for lumpers, which doesn't open till 0700, then says it's going to be an hr before they get out here AND, I get to pay a $150680's for this privilege. Well yea! !!!
