Help me.?

My top schools so far was Roehl, prime and swift. But unfortunately Roehl being my top declined me because im on probation which ends this december for a minor misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. but others are willing to work with me.

So now im focusing on Prime inc but ever since i caller the recruiter and sent my application, he never calls or try to make an attempt to call me back even though i have called 1000 times and left 1000 messages still nothing. To make matters worse, I called my local BMV about getting my CDL permit, but turns out I can't get a tanker endorsement without having my full CDL license. Which is something prime now wants you to get before you come to the school. Is there a way I could switch a recruiters and talk to somebody else because every time I try to talk to somebody else they always say oh you have to talk to your recruiter.

All this mishaps have forced me to go to swift which is my last choice, and to be honest i'm a little scared about swift because of all the negative feedback I'm hearing about them. I have two mouths to feed and it's really hard on me because I'm not currently not working and also staying with family.

I was wondering could I start any school to get my CDL and just break my contract and go with a trucking company thats gonna pay my school loan..?
