They charge you the $.02 a mile for the "Administrative costs"!!!

Yeah right!!!

 

Well guys and gals the law suit agaist knight trans in oregon is moving right along and knight has been found to have liability so far on 2 counts of 4. fifty people had $200.00 kept from their final paycheck they will recieve 30 days back pay on the second count they have liability for anyone who attended oriantation in oregon they must pay 30 days of back pay. Next will be the hoax they call per dium. Thanks Kevin for playing along!!!

Don't forget in addition to the $.02 cents per mile the driver contributes, these per diem companies save millions in taxes: FICA contributions, workman comp. payments, and unemployment payments. To top it off with the per diem pay scheme they now can take that per diem payment off of their taxes as a business expense.

 

Why just "Oregon" orientation attendees?

This is correct and I wish drivers would realize it. You ARE NOT required to participate so tell the company to pound sand!
