New horizons with Holland Enterprises (Fargo,ND)

it certainly looks like Magnum has some issues that... Like they are desperate for drivers which should more definitely throw up the red flags.

 

Our turnover rate is @ 39% w/ the majority of those transferring to Dedicated or LTL. The rest simply find that trucking is not for them, so in actuality the % is less than 10. We're in the process of increasing our market share and need drivers NOW - hence the sign on bonus.

 

The rider is immediate and the min age is 13.

 

Is that for Holland or Magnum? I didn't clarify which company I meant.

 

I'm not sure why he's on Hollands thread recruiting anyways. Pretty sure it's against the rules, and if not, just rude...

 

it is against the rules and this isn't the first time... About a month or so ago the person was on here again recruiting for Magnum... it just seems that company is beyond desperate.

 

I don't know what the minimum age is, but you can have a rider anytime when you start at Holland. Truck speed is 65mph with 30 minutes of 70 mph every 12 hours for getting out of packs and slower trucks such as the aforementioned.

Mostly. It does slow down sometimes but not much.
