Do they force drivers to go to New York

 

Change of Plans Now I'm goin to Reading Pennsylvania, An even though the other driver won't be able to make on time Delivery to Cheyenne they are still making me swap they tryed to say it's because I have almost no hours on my 70 which I don't but I pick up 9:17 at midnight then 10:01 wed an just about 10 Thursday and Friday which is more than enough to make ontime delivery to Cheyenne which isn't due til 23:59 Thursday night an it's only 1330 miles away

 

Guru, TransAm is forced dispatch......as are most carriers....which means a company driver delivers where he is told to go. That being said a wise lease driver does too ....if you refuse to deliver to certain areas and places that a company has contracts to go to you aren't going to be making the money that you should be making.
Our experience with swaps was that most of the swaps were done either because of logistics, (the load came out late, mechanical issues, or driver planning), or in order to get another driver home, since TA does guarantee home time for their drivers.

 

Don't do it Guru Find another Conpany if at all possible find another company Plenty of other companies out there that hire new drivers

 

They keep this crap up an Ill be out as soon as I hit the 3month mark as soon as my 90 days is up an don't owe them any money I'll be gone if they keep this crap up I can get a local job making more money home everyday an possible transfer when I go to move Don't need this Crap And Stress can only imagine how much worse it would be as a Lease driver Thank God I didn't do that
