But SNI wants us all to believe it means something...
I'd tell my newest SNI mishap but why the Kool aid crowd will just jump thru a wall for SNI.

C'mon man let's have it.
Got my orange kool aid anti serum all ready to go. -
Haha, this has happened to me about 5 times in the 3 months I been with the company.
Crazy thing is, Schneider doesn't even care that the loads are given to me late, or that there is more than enough time to find another driver or swap it over to a team.
Oh, and I never accept a pre-assignment until it's time to make it active.
The only thing you need to do, is make sure you edit and update your ETA before you accept it, and your good to go. Also, send a message saying your going to be arriving late, if they have it to you already late, and always put "impossible dispatch" as the reason upon arriving late.91B20H8 and Leviathan Tube Thank this. -
The difference is once you accept the load your eta's for performance metrics get locked into place. Prior to accepting you can set your eta's without penalty. That's really the only purpose for accepting a load.jakecat22 Thanks this.

The only ETA that counts toward performance metrics/bonus is the one you set in workflow under the "ETA to final delivery" task for the shipper. None of the other ETAs affect your bonus.

The theory is within 3 hours of receiving the pre-assignment a driver needs to update etc and natural and then accept the load with the DRIVER INPUTED safe and legal etas. That shows 'dispatch' that the driver has seen and trip planned the load. ETAS outside of appt times should automatically pop the csr and apm in order to pull loads if a better driver is available or otherwise update the customer.
Thats the theory. -
You just gave all company drivers a way to try and get out of a load......
harlycharly55, sicksfeet and Home_on_wheels Thank this.
