You want to hear the really scary part?? The current process is greatly streamlined from when Rick got hired.

Application was put in on the 28th of Aug, and he started orientation on the 17th of Dec. That is some waiting. I was going nuts, but Rick kept telling me that it was going to happen because it was our turn.

That would be the biggest deductible I have ever heard of. I would verify for sure.

 

As per Obamacare, the maximum out of pocket is 6800 per person or 13700 for a family. That seems like way too much of a coincidence. According to my 2016 outline the HRA plan has a 2750/5500 deductible, and the HSA plan is 3000/6000. I believe those are the standard plans nationwide, and then there may be some other plan offered that is more local. In my case it is the Banner plan, which is what we are going with.

You can go on walmartone.com and see everything that is available for you. I would definitely clarify. You don't want to make any decisions based on incorrect info. I would also check the $$ per pay period as what you stated sounds like it may include dental and possibly even vision. Per my outline, the most expensive 2 week cost for 2 tobacco users is $164.45. Dental is $30.60.

These amounts can be different in different regions.

 

Does anyone know how long of a wait there is for orientation after your background has gone competitive?

 

You start on the beginning of the pay week and when they get a group

 

And there's no way to know if that will take a long time or if its something that will happen relatively quickly is there?
