OTR with Celadon

I have seen that some new drivers post their day to day adventures with the new company... This is what I am going to do here... I will not sugar coat or tell anyone that's it great when its not.. Just a honest log of my time as a OTR driver.. I may not post everyday, But will do the best I can....

I don't have a lot of OTR experience.. I applied at 3 companies and Yes Celadon was not the highest pay offer I got,But the fact they have APU unis was a big plus. I am going to try to get on the new temp control division...Thinking maybe I wont set on or between loads as much as dry van....

The hiring process at Celadon was about a week to get all the past employment and paperwork in order.. So far everyone has been honest and upfront with me... I am heading to Richmond for orientation this coming Monday.. The 26th.. Anyone else heading there? I see a lot of Celadon trucks here in Norfolk so I am hoping hometime wont be a problem.. Gonna try to do 3 weeks out 3 or 4 days home...

Again I have not started this thread to bash Celadon.. I just want to keep a log of how things go and what kind of company Celadon is.. I will ask questions and answer what questions I can.. I just don't want this to turn into a bash Celadon thread...
