Sorry for your troubles. Here is what i would do in this situation
Match up all your manifests against your settlements
Highlight all missing pay
Go back thru your QC dispatches to show proof that you were assigned the load and delivered the loads
Show copies for all receipts for lumpers and other such items - make sure you put your name and the trip number on the receipt!
Request a face to face meeting with some one from Payroll or HR to go over this situation with you
Check with your state labor board and find out what your rights are. -
Everyone has given you some sort of guidelines to resolve this. The first step will be with you and since you say you have all your paperwork, sit down and get your "+/-" all straighten out. Go load by load. If you are unfamiliar as how to do a spreadsheet I can help. Openoffice is free and will create a spreadsheet.

It will be a little time consuming depending on how long you have worked for them, but once that is done you will have proof that you have/have not been paid for outstanding invoices/receipts.
With this "proof" you then can go forward in the direction you want. I would stop calling them as it is not getting resolved.
Find out if they pay for any scale ticket, lumpers (although you usually call in and write a CommCheck or T-check), if you did not submit the lumper receipt then they will back charge you.
You can PM me if you need help.
I hope you have been keeping a record book of the load information as it is passed on the QC. All load information should be written down.
Here are a few examples of some of the Info I kept. SS1 and SS2 are one long spreadsheet.

from now on do not pay for lumpers, get an efs comdata fleet1 or whatever check they use,pay it that way.If your dispatcher gives you any static about it still refuse and tell him why.start finding out when you get loaded if the receiver has lumpers so u can come up with a plan before getting there.Greatest.Driver.On.Earth!
