Hi,
I am wondering if I am perceiving this correctly.
There are a few members I would like to follow and see what they post. If I go to their profile page and click follow will this get what I'm looking for? Also where would their post show up? I see Watched Forums and Watched Threads but nothing for the Following.
Thanks.

That's the correct way to initiate following someone. I can't really answer the other question about where their posts will show up. Not sure if you get a notification or exactly how that works for members. I have a different view of the site, so I don't see the same things that you do. Hopefully, some members will be able to answer that for you. If not, I'll check into it and get back with you. For now, though, just start following somebody and see what happens. LOL

I heard about an insomniac dyslexic agnostic that stayed up all night, wondering if there really was a dog. Looks like there really is a d o g

The follow function doesn't seem to do anything?
Straight Stacks, d o g and truckon Thank this. -
Yeah, MJ, I've been playing with it since yesterday and haven't been able to find posts from people I follow anywhere that I look. Or a preference to turn it on or off.
You should be able to see the avatars of people that you follow if/when they are online. That should show up above the list of members online on the main forum list page. That's the only thing that I've found, and even that probably won't work if they use hidden status.
At one time, seemed like the posts from people that you follow showed up on your profile page. But, now I can't remember if that was with this software early-on or the VB software.
In any case, we're looking into it and will post back here with more information.Straight Stacks, MJ1657 and truckon Thank this. -
Only way I know of truly seeing what a person posts is maybe to book mark the page where you can view what some one has posted. Then every time you visit that link, it will update the what and where.

Well, I've noticed that it gives you a "news feed" of sorts, with the latest posts from the people you follow.
