    Huge crooks over at Amarillo Refrigerated Express. They are screwing drivers and small brokers also. Not only do they steal the drivers detention pay, double broker loads to themselves to cheat driver % pay. Before hometime, They started having drivers pick up a load and sign for it...then they call you on the phone and tell you to drop it at Loves Truck stop or their mud drop yard.

    Next days or week you get a call from the broker wanting to know where his load is, and why it has missed all 3 scheduled appointments!?

    Rebecca says it is your fault that you didn't secure the trailer and the $1000 cargo insurance claim is yours to pay as she takes it out of your paycheck.

    I'm warning you, stay away from Rebecca Valero and Manuel Valero scam owners at Amarillo Refrigerated Express.

    If this is true, I would be calling authorities and see about having them investigated.
    Am I reading it right?
    Does the trailer mysteriously show back up in the yard empty of freight?
    Cargo theft? Black Market? Insurance Fraud?

    The question I have here is what seems to be happening to the freight?

    It would only take ONE call from anyone wondering where their product is after I dropped a trailer somewhere on company orders for me to think something VERY fishy is going on.

    Could very well be.

    This story is reading to me like the company is selling the freight, and then topping it off by hitting the driver with the insurance deductable.

    the best company to work for i have been working with this company for a long time helped me get a truck when i could not get a loan they lend u their tire account pay 30 days and manuel helps out on trucks without charging me these other rude drivers are saying lies and just jealous of what they have accomplished also they pay u every week not like some other companies do i reallyl love this company
