He's sore but was back out there tonight on a loaner bike. It's a good thing he was rolling slowly & had it in neutral when she hit him. It made the impact less severe than if he had been sitting still with it in gear.

It was kind of funny when he got up, quickly strode back to her drivers window & just stood there glaring at her without saying anything, she had a terrified look on her face & started crying like a kid that got caught doing something wrong.

That's not good. He will really feel beat up today.

It wasn't Sgt Wiley, was it?

I just know his first name is Johnny. Come to think of it, I don't know any of their last names, only their first. I'll ask around tonight & see if I can find Sgt. Wiley & send him your regards.

I got a pretty good video of it as it was making its way up the Fred Hartman bridge. If I can figure out a way I'll post it on here.

I texted Sgt Wiley Saturday morning. It wasn't him.

For superloads, Houston is awesome. Lots and lots of really big loads come out of there. I got a gig once where I ran 3 loads down Sheldon road, 5 miles each, and got paid $2500/load. Sarge was my contact person for the motorcycle cops.

Right now, with Thompson Road torn up, it's really difficult down there for the OSOW crowd. The lanes are too tight and too narrow to get a big load through. My guess is, that they're all probably stopping at either the Petro in Beaumont or that pickle park in Baytown east of Thompson.

We have 3 more of these to move in the next 3 weeks, all Thursday, Friday, Saturday night moves. I am just a support truck for them hauling a forklift but enjoy watching them do their thing & learn something new every time.
