In-N-Out Burger, Baldwin Park, CA

Just had Roy Rogers last night. The chicken does not suck - yes. there's better - and I love that the burgers do not come decorated with crap that I'm going to take off in any case.

 

Nasty, go ahead and touch the tongs to put that tomato on your burger after about a 100 other people have had their nasty hands on them throughout the day. Sneezing, coughing all over that stuff... yuuuk

 

Five Guys is better foodwise than In-n-Out. As is MooYah.

In-n-Out doesn't have bacon. That's a huge issue for me.

But this isn't to say that In-n-Out isn't good. It is. Just that Five Guys and MooYah are even better.

Seeing how I'm one of those losers who orders his burgers plain, that's not an issue. And that's the beauty of it. No ordering plain and getting everything because the guy making it jumped the gun or just didn't read the screen.

 

Of course that's another thing. Too many of these places are setup to send orders back to the sandwich station as they're being rung up - instead of after being totalled. And often these places will cut you off as you're telling them how you want it to ask what size, etc. Half the time I get things made wrong, it's due to this.

 

I think the initial question for the IP was about the In and Out distribution center and how they're very well organized.

 

I used to drive for the bakery that makes the bread for them. We would take 2 53 fters eveyday to the tracy warehouse. You unload yourself but that was no problem since the stacks were on rollers. Free drinks and seems like a good place to work if you liked the food service industry. The drivers do well there. Electric pallet jacks for deliveries. Nice equipment.

 

You wont need anything to wash your burger down with all that grease you get with five guys.

 

in & out is not that great...give guys Nd smash burger to name a few blow in & out away..

 

Smashburger is the East Coast's answer to In-N-Out, IMO.
