From that message it appears the 5 minutes will remain

then again it is Schneider, things aren't always what they appear.

We should all just close the curtains when the 14 hour mark hits. In a dock. At a a shipper that doesn't let you park there even though they had no problem juicing your clock. Shoulder of the road after 3 wrecks and construction every 3 miles. Driveways, fuel islands, mid drop/hook, entrance to the OC. If they want want to scrutinize to a T, we should oblige them.

Crete sent out a message that we don't have to send in our daily hours or the reset macro any more.

funny thing is Crete actively encouraged drivers to park at customers. Load info would say if customers had parking or not.
When I'd refuse loads saying I wouldn't have enough time on my 14 to get unloaded and find a place to park they would say sure you do... park at the customer .

Yup just pull in and out of docks, drive on their lot to park etc etc all after your 14 is up

Yah, that's the message I got. I was too busy busting my ### trying to get home to take a pic. Pulled into the OC with 3 mins on my clock.

My last dispatcher said that a lot , and told me to call logs so they could explain how I should log it.
It was always on short loads too. I'd refuse the load or deliver late, if I got held up at a customer and was over my 14, I'd drive to a truckstop in violation, I never got dinged a point for all my illegal driving,

While Crete messed around with us like that I did appreciate the step by step "customer directions" with details along with customer parking info.
    Got none of that here

Poor load planning. They conveniently forget that I go home on Tuesday. Hell, they forget where I park my car. Tried to route me to a completely different place. I called from my car and told them where I was.
