I see a couple of issues why no one will hire you:

    1. Too many moving violations within the past 3 years
2, That 16 over is a serious violation on your CDL. One more serious violation and you ll lose your license for 60 days. Most trucking companies insurance companies see you as a high risk.

Your best bet may be wait until May after those 2 tickets fall off your MVR so you ll only have one moving violation in the last 3 years.

    FloydNasby and Urziel Thank this.

First two would be ok but failure to stop is the same in most places as resisting arrest. Try Carolina Cargo they are a second chance company.

I think you should just take take the time off, maybe rethink the driving career everyone makes mistakes but that is way to many mistakes. Really not trying to be a jerk but sometimes the truth sucks

have you been to trial I know in SC failure to stop is a Felony. It would at least carry probation which would knock you out of any truck job considering you probably will never convince a judge to let you out of State much less driving across the country.

Tonythetruckerdude, Urziel and truckon Thank this.
