I like to think O/O spec'd trucks are generally going to have been treated better. Obviously because an O/O (should) care more about the truck.

You would think an oo would take good care of their equipment, but unfortunately that isn't always the case. Lots of oo's pulling buck twenty a mile freight right now, and on that kind of rate, just how good can they be taking care of their equipment?
Moral of the story, no matter who owned the truck before, do a very thorough inspection on it. -
