I had worked here for a mere few months. I cannot go to much into why I left because I know they have people here. Needless to say, when I left, they fabricated my dac, which I unsuccessfully tried to dispute. As a result, I cannot get a job anywhere! I had nothing that they could legally put onto the report, and yet they had. This company treats their drivers like crap, even more so if they get injured. Now, I am a blackballed driver who has gone almost a month without a job and I cannot do anything about it, aside warning other drivers. Avoid these scumbags at all costs!

What's did they put on your DAC? You said you're injured? Could that be the issue for having a hard time getting work? And also why does it matter if they have people on here you don't work for them if your trying to help or warn others it's best to be in detail
-
Always fear the truth! If people are here that can defend them selfs it means you cant exaggerate your story!
-
No. Strangely enough, that isn't mentioned. By injured, I had pulled a muscle when I fell off the truck; nothing serious, luckily. What they are telling people is that I am unprofessional. They fail to mention how they acted and the horrible things said to me when I did fall. But, I rather spare the details.

If you no longer work there, you have little reason to fear telling your story here.
truckon, Arkansas, drvrtech77 and 3 others Thank this. -
Transportation managers seeing negative hire right reports from applicants know that companies like K&B treat their drivers like crap and probably aren't too surprised. They probably don't put as much stock in them as many drivers seem to think. Now workers compensation claims are looked at critically, fairly or unfairly and there probably are a lot of companies that wouldn't hire someone who had a recent claim.
Sneakerfix Thanks this. -
My experience with the hiring standards of most companies is based on how
badly they need drivers. If they really don't need anybody they will fabricate a
reason for not hiring you. They keep the help wanted signs up hoping that
perfect driver will show up. When that happens they will boot out the less
desirable driver.
I personally hired on years ago. Was made to jump through all sorts of hoops.
Four monthes later freight really picked up. Than they literally hired any warm
body that showed up.Last edited: Nov 22, 2015
