Running with JCT, Part Deux

I will never ever ever ever run i-80 west of Wendover again! I got seasick on those mountains, that place is insane!!! So Kevin better get me running on I 10 for the rest of the winter ok i 40 works too.

 

Kevin as in the skinny DM? If so he's the one I had. He was a good guy while I was on his board.

I actually had more issues last winter with 10 than I did on 40 and 80. People really freak out when you get ice from El Paso to about 40 miles into AZ. Made for a real "fun" ride.

 

Tempted to come over. Have heard good and bad but I believe any place can be good if you give it a chance. 1100 is still decent for a week after all payments and fuel.

 

Yea. That's not a bad week after all things considered.

 

Picked up at Inter Global in Laredo yesterday. Had to wait til the truck came across from Mexico. That took til about 4 in the afternoon and was on the road at 6. The load started out with three stops in Florida and 38k for weight. Got a message around noon saying that the customer cancelled the first stop so it is now a two stopper. I didn't know how much lighter the load would be, but I was very happy with the cancelled stop. The load went from 38k to 11k. That's right. The removal of the first stop took away over half the weight. I might as well be driving empty across the 10.

 

I just had to remind USCS in Turlok that I was on a door... They forgot I was there....

I was with JCT and loved it. Now that I have left I still think they are the best CPM Lease Purchase option out there! For the most part they will treat you the way you treat them.
I have sent more than a few their direction since leaving. When asked why I left if it was so great my answer is simple. PROGRESSION. I am in a position to finance my own, and decided to take more control of my business and future.
