but I bet he had to appeal to get it. I don't care what it says on web site. I have found out that I will be getting my twic. but it may take up to 120 days because of backlog. anytime there is a conviction it will automatically be denied. THEN the appeal proses begains. it comes down to the nsa and fbi not communicating like they should. this is a direct quote from the person I talked with from nsa.

 

No, I took him to get it that day. He was worried about the background check, but called me the day he got the letter back and we went together back to the port office to get it. This was in 2008 I remember that day very well. There was a bad wreck on I-75 and we were in a very bad backup all the way back into Georgia a few miles from the Tennessee line. Its been a few years ago so I called him about an hour ago and asked him about getting it again in 2013, he said no issue he got it OK.
