Why is your name on his company credit card?I imagine he can turn you in but I wouldn't be quick to believe him.call the police and have a cop follow you to where u plan on dropping the trk and you'll have the proof.

 

He is saying that having a company cc with his name is proof that the truck is not stolen.

 

Hello POLICE I want to report a truck that was just returned to me by the guy driving it AS STOLEN , that's right officer he just brought it back and it is sitting in my yard What do you mean that sounds kind of stupid ITS MY TRUCK and I CANNOT REPORT IT STOLEN as it was returned to me . Oh OK but none the less you're not happy there so drop trk off somewhere his house a secured location wherever you picked the trk up when you started there.call the cops if you have to but dont let this scums threats scare you.that's his way of keeping you there because he needs a driver.
