Picking my own freight baby! My journey to & of being on Schneider choice, the Adventure & Numbers!

I switched from Schneider tanker ( 9 years ) to van IC. couldn't be happier . Making more money . ( not as much as the pro's like FW yet ).LOL. And getting to plan your own schedule is worth the headaches of working the load board.

 

Only thing I would do different I think is bring on my old truck instead of leasing.

I had dumped a lot into my old truck and was a bit cash poor so I sold it and got into the lease here so I could build up my cash reserve again. I am doing well even with the truck payment but I think my old gal had some life in her still after getting fixed up and would sure be nice to run this program without a truck payment.

 

What did you think it was going to be??..it's a major holiday weekend..

LOLOL ok, so ya'll have calmed my concerns some. I guess I'll speak with the Green Bay recruiter and see where we are on Monday.

 

Tough doesn't bother me. Nothing worth having is easy. I have enough business acumen to know how to operate. I simply want to know it's doable.
