    That storm hit eastern NM pretty hard Thanksgiving night into Friday and it finally left NM last night / early this morning. I know we (NM DOT) had I-40 eastbound closed from Santa Rosa to the TX line early this morning for the same reason...lots and lots of ice.

    My daughters live just west of Oklahoma City and they have recieved 3/4 of a inch of ice and there power has been out since Thursday morning
