CA idling law??? Tickets? Enforcement??

it appears that there is still a "Safety" exemption.

I, for one, will be more than happy to idle if I am too hot or cold to sleep and explain it to a judge if someone decides to ticket me. My inability to sleep = safety issue.

 

its such a peaceful feeling when california is burning! what the rest of the country doesnt know is that its garbage burning.

 

Ive been driving for 12 years now and the only bad experiences ive had have been in california. but on a positive note, out of 48 states those are pretty good odds.

 

I guess I'd be headed off to prison if they'd have issued me an idle ticket for idling when it was 112... 'cause I'd have strangled that Nazi piece of %$&# with my bare hands.
