Just read thru the whole thread. Sorry for bringing up the pet-in-the-truck thing back there; I'm a moron.
Sounds good!
Sounds better.
Yeah, let us know how that works out for ya.
I'll bet there's more stickers than there are compliant trucks![]()

I think the issue here in California comes down to where you are, meaning which county's Superior Court had jurisdiction. After reviewing the entire regulation for Commifornia, http://weblinks.westlaw.com/Find/De...vr=2.0&spa=CCR-1000&trailtype=26&Cnt=Document
it appears that there is still a "Safety" exemption.
I, for one, will be more than happy to idle if I am too hot or cold to sleep and explain it to a judge if someone decides to ticket me. My inability to sleep = safety issue.AfterShock Thanks this. -
its such a peaceful feeling when california is burning! what the rest of the country doesnt know is that its garbage burning.

Ive been driving for 12 years now and the only bad experiences ive had have been in california. but on a positive note, out of 48 states those are pretty good odds.

I wish that statement were accurate. I know of 4 drivers who got tickets for idling when it was 112.AfterShock Thanks this. -

Someone once said that somwhere in the bible it states a geographic region that actually is california and that someday the whole state of cali will fall off into the ocean,, i cant wait.
