    They're a training company just like Swift or Werner. They take newbies...they're easier to lie to than the rest of us. ;)

    I got my license through CR England. Worst company to work for in the trucking industry. I knew CRST , SWIFT had schools, but not Knight...

    Knight tried the school thing and closed most of them. The phx and the meph terminals are the only ones that offer anything remote to that.

    I'm not from Lakeland, but I have not really heard anything neg about that terminal. The drivers I have ran into there seem happy.

    Knight is not a bad place to work, what makes it crappy is some of the terminals we have. I have been with mine 5 years now. I'm happy where I am.

    I cant speak much on the dry side tho as I have never worked for that division here. Ones experience here depends alot on the terminal they are out of.
