Some o/o don't care about making money either. I talked to some of my co drivers, all o/o's told them lets all refuse to haul at the cut rate & tell dispatch we will only haul at former rate & to be fair we will have a date for it to go into effect like in 1-2 weeks. I was willing to hold out. no one else was. I think some are on a wing & a prayer financially or just... well fill in the blank.

I know I pissed off my dispatch not long ago they wanted me to do from Denver to Lyons KS for a cheap salt run I said nope I will go visit my parent instead call if you find better took 2 days but did get better and I may have dh'd all the way home but time with folks was worth the 2 days down. Lol

Haven't moved since mid October. At least if we go out of business, we'll have working equipment to sell. Refuse to run the truck to the ground for these pathetic rates.
