ROFL, am I the only one that finds it strange that a girl always wants to know the exact location of their man ? Hell my wife just calls me if she needs me otherwise could give two ####s about where I am currently located. I have noticed girls especially in this industry seem to have some serious trust / jealously issues.

That's true because their man is former Delta Force/Navy Seal/CIA and handsome. Those women know all the women are after their man because he told them so.

I don't care where my man is, just want to know that he gets where he's going safely. But to each their own, if that's the dynamic in their relationship let them have it. It's also a big change for a woman to let her man go OTR and adjust to not having him close, if a guy lets her GPS him, who cares? Seems like you're more worried about what people think, let people maintain their relationships whatever way it suits them.

I usually tie my gps to a goat and watch it wander. Then I tell everyone paying attention I lost my contact lens in a hay field.

    Just kidding.

Culinary Excellence. Feed him well when he comes home. Lots of patience, understanding, and flexibility. No two hometimes are the same. Do not overbook his time at home. Sometimes he'll need a lot of rest and other times he'll want to be active. Do not underestimate the toll OTR takes both physically and mentally on a driver.

I had my safety guy call me once to check on me, I was down in Florida and the GPS on the truck was pinging me in the middle of a swamp, I was sitting in a Pilot parking lot so I guess it was close. Anyways its always fun to screw with the GPS.

If I had someone GPS tracking me I would send it with someone that's going to a "Gentlemans" club and call it a day.

My wife was so happy when I went from driving tour buses to driving a truck she didn't care where I was for a couple of weeks because then I was home for a few days. When I was driving buses I would easily be gone for 6 or 7 months at a time....

    I'm inclined to agree.

If that's another someone else wants to operate, then God bless.

As long as I'm not expected to do likewise, then all is well. :)
