    It's possible, those pumps were the same as far a I know, the early DI nozzle is nowhere close to the design of the B, and was made to work with the same injection pressures as a IDI.

    Finally had a chance to check out SIS and it definitely looks like they still have availability on pretty much everything. Pretty impressive for an engine that was discontinued 30 or so years ago.

    So I've recently aquired a free bolt bin loaded with 1/2" through to 1" Grade 8 bolts. Only thing is they are coarse thread. I'd prefer to use fine thread for my frame but $600 bucks worth of free bolts is pretty sweet. Anyone know if there are any rules prohibiting the use of coarse thread bolts for frames and suspension mounting? It's been a good 4 years or so since I pulled wrenches on trucks professionally so I'm a bit foggy on the rules.

    Not sure about the laws there. But we used lots of course thread bolts in building Log trailers. And even when putting axles back under trucks. We would stretch the frames on some and cut them on others.
    Filling my bins back up, place near me I get bolts, nuts and stuff for $3 per pound. Picked up some 5/8 x 4" Grade 8 bolts and locking nuts for $3 per pound.

    I'll probably end up using the coarse thread bolts. Believe it or not, all the frame bolts I've cut off so far have been metric. I didn't think metric was all that common in 1980.
