    The last company I worked for had many people that retired, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Well...maybe I would to someone I didn't like very much.

    The point is well taken. What's the average length of employment would do in a pinch. If they say something like:

    "Oh. Several people stay a year or more!"

    ...then, you know.
