Company health insurance

    I was looking through the pdf's of the company health insurance on the website trying to understand it all. Question i have is does your insurance paymnts go down after a year with the company?

    Yes.

    It goes down significantly after first year.

    Well, sort of.
    After a year with the company, you might then pay less than someone with less seniority; but everyone's insurance will likely continue to rise.

    There is no sort of.

    He asked a specific question..........I gave him a specific answer.

    After my first year, my medical dropped by a full 2/3's to a 1/3 of what I previously paid for exact same coverage.

    I think anyone with any sense realizes that it tends to only increase everywhere & not specific to any one place. That's just relative. But, that is not the question he asked.
