I could understand if my record showed that I needed extra attention.

So far in 17 months, no accidents, no citations, all inspections clean..

I have talked with her and my last 2 DBL's. I always believe that you talk face to face if their is a problem so no one has a misunderstanding.

    At home still "thinking".

Saw a flyer posted in the men's room saying 2% is the Portland overspeed standard. The form I signed (and by doing so agreed to adhere to) stipulated that over speed was 5% per month.
I'd be tempted, if I was in your situation, to demand a meeting with Tim and the DBL and have them produce the form you signed. Any discrepancy between then and now requires an explanation.
But considering the general state of Schneider Western regional a fast and amicable exit with re-hire status might be the cleanest and simplest option.
Do you have the older woman dbl who everyone hates?

That's what happens when you have rouge employees in a company that are on a power trip. You can have perfect performance and be liked by pretty much everyone yet that one idiot can ruin everything

Little Eddy- I do have the lady that hates everyone.
That is what I am thinking about my exit. Don't know what she has up her sleeve.

stevep1977- you summed it up right.

    stevep1977 Thanks this.

My math and statistical understanding may be lacking but if anyone knows the answer please chime in...
    Let's say you drove 10hrs today-10×60=600 minutes 2% of which is 12minutes.
In the dynamic environment that is driving in traffic, up and down hills, all while working against the clock, it begs the question, what significance is there in 12 minutes? And, what if that 12 minutes is 6 runs of 2 minutes? And, is the overspeed clock similar to the HOS clock with a minimum before it registers?
Padantic oversight that most likely has no empirical evidence to support the 2% metric. Just a number extracted from the corporate tailpipe.
