WORST COMPANY EVER
brokers are very stupid and consider themselves higher than any carrier.
after my first load with them, as instructed, I faxed my BOLs to the broker and he assured me he would give it to accounting and they would process my quick pay. I call back the next day to make sure he gave it and he says he did. 5 days later I call accounting to check pay status and they tell me they never got any BOLs. I call the broker but only the assistants pick up and say that they're sorry and offer to transfer me to a manager to complain (I don't because I know that won't change anything). Some other things go on..... Long story short, I wait more than 3 weeks to get paid and still get charged 3% for quickpay.
2nd experience: My truck gets laid over for 36 hours at the pickup and they don't want to pay anything. The broker tells me he was already paying me way too much (He called asking for a truck and I gave one only after raising his rate 1500$ from his original offer) I guess my not wanting to take his BS rates got to him. at the end, my single driver ended up doing a team load so he could get there around midnight because the idiots couldn't get a later appointment even after the 36 hour layover at the shipper. I only got 100$ more.
