    Just some recent ish.

And this is my current load I am on right now.

Not my best tarp job. Its a sonic welding machine,.. basically a frame and cage with a robot arm in the center. Made use of all my cargo blankets to prevent tarp tearing and wishing I was 15 - 20 yrs younger as this was a difficult one to get the tarp up and over as it has no top,.. just a single beam and then a cage around the sides. The back half of the load are the jigs used to hold what the machine is going to work on,.. plus a cardboard box full of misc sample parts. I should have took some pics before I covered it. I was kinda in a bad mood as I thought it was going to be something easier and it wasnt paying very well considering the work involved.

I was supposed to be doing a simple forklift and small excavator to Mass,.. but load wasnt ready. Ended up canceling and took this one going to Eudora Kansas. Its not all bad news as I do have a decent paying over size picking up an hour away from where I deliver, going down to Houston on Monday. Then I'll probably get upset again as last time I was in the Houston area I sat for 2 days before agreeing to take a cheap load to a better location.

Probably head home after Houston. Momma is baking Christmas goodies for me and I'm getting ansy to be home. Havent seen home since July,.. I think I am due for a much needed break.

I'd say, the longest I have stayed out was 5 weeks. I was ready to give my truck away and fly home.

    Define like?

Meh,.. It was the quickest and easiest place to mount and wire them up with out needing to drill holes or buy mounts. 2 U-bolts under a round plate,.. then screwed the lights on top. I dont hate it,.. its functional.

At first I thought they would blind me as the one on the driver side is in full view,.. but all I see is a faint dim light from the angle of the driver seat. I dont see the passenger side one at all. After dark its a different story. Couple times I drove well past dark looking for a place to park and they prominently remind you they are on and you have an OS load after dark.

Going to add a Satellite Dish TV set up on back when I get home. While doing that,. I may relocate the strobes to the back of the sleeper and put some LED's in my grill. I think it will look better that way.

Thats how I 'normally' run. 3 - 5 weeks out,.. home 1- 2 weeks. Rinse,.. repeat.

Had some debt to repay and needed to get my bank accounts flush again. I have recouped everything I spent, all dept paid off. Coming back out in Feb and will run hard again till June or so. Trying to get far enough ahead financially to where I can take virtually any kind of hit in this business and laugh it off. Last summer taught me a valuable lesson.

    @Hurst

Your insane, 5 months out. ####, mad respect bro. I was feeling burnt out yesterday after working 13 days in a row and 140 hours. I couldn't imagine going that long without being home.

Well actually I haven't been home to Canada in almost 4 years since I moved to Texas but I have my family here and have had plenty of visitors from Canada.

You really haven't seen your wife since July? That's old school, my wife was telling my dad that she missed me and that she hasn't had a day off from the kids in 13 days and he said his record was working 90 days straight on the pipeline. I'll never get the opportunity to break that record in today's society.

Have a good time at home my friend.

My wife was out on the road with me till Sept when my truck was out of the shop. Rented car from Chicago to Mass. Then she continued on to Fla afterwards.

But no have not seen my wife since Sept 8th. I'm ready for some crazy mad rabbit sex.

    Not since the 90's.

My brother started a porn website where he gave college girls free computers and a nightly percentage. All they had to do was get freaky on web cam for 1 - 2 hrs a night.

I've seen things that can never be unseen. Fact....There is nothing 18 - 20 yr olds wont do for money or a dare.

After all that... strip clubs bore me. The rest disgusts me. Safer to just rub one out if you cant be with the one you love.
