scott, how are you feeling being back out there? No problems? I don't know how to ask the question in a lady like way .....ummmm....how's your behind?
I am ready to get all of this Christmas stuff done. I can remember the time when Christmas shopping was so much fun .....now it is a hassle and frustrating! I have not bought one thing for the teenagers.....they are always with me....like ticks on a dog! I tried ordering online and that was even more of a hassle. Springfield has become an insane asylum filled with violent lunatics.
Hopefully, once all of this is out of the way, I can get back to doing what I do best ......Nagging everybody!

 

Lol you're so proper. The tuckas is actually in great shape (not in great shape, shape-wise, but you know what I mean)...the doc advised me to get a memory foam pillow to sit on and land sakes what a difference...to my butt but also to my back, and general overall lack of discomfort lol it's phenomenal. Bein back out in the new gig is awesome this is exactly the job I've been lookin for. Hopin for a better 2016 ;-/ and I'm likin the segue to it! Stuck in Florida for my first reset on the road in many many moons, it's beautiful outside and I got my laundry done this mornin so it could be worse.

In all the planning and checklists I did before packin the truck and getting my poop in a group the one thing I didn't consider was the reset on the road. Didn't pack enough books or take my truck tv/DVD player. So now I'm readin the bible and built a program to track my expenses and give me a real-time look at where I am net revenue wise. Even did some house keeping. Good lord you know I'm bored when I start wipin floors.

 

Thank God for memory foam! And if you were doing a reset around here, I have some floors that need mopping! Reading the Bible is good for ya .....but you can download a Kindle app from Amazon. They have many free books to choose from .....I am all about freebies! It is a simple download and just takes a few minutes. I have it on my laptop and on my tablet.

Lol if I was anywhere near civilization I'd have my memory foam wearin hiney in a movie theater seat. That'd be sweet.

I tried the kindle-type deal a couple times over the years. Just can't stand reading books on my phone or iPad. Silly I know but I guess I'm just set in my ways.

Hope you get in front of your Xmas shoppin Queenie...it's only 13 days away and then thank god it'll be over for another year.

Problem with many of kindle freebies is often the free books are the first of a series. Then, if you are way curious as to what happens next, you end up buying at least 2 books from the series. I read lots on kindle books too. Check out kindle unlimited. It's about $10 (and some change due to taxes ) a month, but is a pretty good deal.

 

If it's a good book then I may buy the whole series ....but at least, with the first one free if it is boring then I haven't wasted any money. The King will tell you that it takes a King's ransom to keep up with books for me. I read so much and you see many of the same old tired story lines over and over .....even among favorite authors.
