Oklahoma authorities have closed US 287 northbound at the intersection with US 54 in Stratford.
From TxDOT: Nearly a foot of snow has fallen in the western Oklahoma Panhandle, and that combined with high winds is making travel dangerous. Local northbound traffic will be allowed, but through traffic motorists will be rerouted or told to shelter in place until conditions improve. Oklahoma authorities anticipate this closure to be in place well into Monday afternoon or later.
