In the old days you say thank you for such a ticket, now the fines are larger and it does show on your CSA.
-
Some companies will fire you over that.

Don't know how that all got there! Sorry snow flake. Its 10 points on CSA according to the website.

Yeah had I figured nowadays they were capable to do that. You can't fight a speeding ticket really would it be worth it to fight a seat belt ticket? It was at night I was wearing my seat belt as witnessed by the person riding with me. Without imcreminating myself the ticket was supposedly to take the place of another violation. Has anyone fought a seat belt ticket and won?
americanmadetrucker Thanks this. -
Did the officer do a DOT inspection? If not ... they're no CSA points, just the ticket.
brian991219, rachi and bigkev1115 Thank this. -
Good point Eddiec. If not just pay the fine.

This is where I get diffrence answers and get confused. Is this a grey area or black and white issue. It was a local police officer in the county or city I was in.

Like eddic said if no dot inspection then no csa points.
