It's helped me a few times. I hit a rest area that I planned on stopping at, and because of DA drivers, I couldn't get a spot. Looked on Trucker Path and noticed there was a Walmart just down the road 2 exits, but with no parking, but the reviews told of a McD's with a ton of parking. Got there, got a spot, and all was well.

I use old technology. $14.95 for truckstop directory, and $59.99 for a truckers road atlas that shows all the scales. lolnorthstarfire0693, mitrucker, BoostedTeg and 1 other person Thank this.

Like others the map is old that TP uses and don't list some spots I also wish they would list lowes also

If I'm traveling i-75, for example, I just Google search "i-75 truck stops" and then look at findfuelstops.com on my phone. It's been accurate so far.

It's a pretty good app but you have to weed through the useless reviews. Who really cares about some guy who was mad at the cashier 67 days ago. Or what she looked like. Or how badly the Swift truck parked that day. Is any of this news? Maybe if there was a little less anonymity the reviews would be more useful.
bzinger, tucker and Nitemare13 Thank this. -
I downloaded it last night and have already noticed that some guys are sending in false reports.
For example last night I stopped at the R Place Shell Truck Plaza in Wendover, Utah. Landed at about 2000 and the lot was a ghost town. Probably around 50 spots and only 2 trucks. I sent in a report that the place was empty.
When I left this morning I was the only truck there. Empty lot. When I look at the app to send in another report someone had sent in a report that it was full.
Same for the Pilot I'm at now. Plenty of parking but if you look at the app it will tell you it's full.drvrtech77, Nitemare13 and scottlav46 Thank this. -
You sometimes have to take those reports with a grain of salt.
