    I get what is being said on the pay. Their just trying to show a basic breakdown of pay "ranges" vs. a dead center "average" for each respective category, (The freight they seek) Nothing fishy about it. Either it's accurate information or its not.

    It would be alot more accurate if the "average" given was not some sliding range of numbers. The numbers given are made up. An average is a hard number.
