    .....report in that dot can take my cdl
    NO , I don't have 21 violations on my record. Their GPS on the truck said I was speeding.

    oh ok now I get it.it doesn't take much to trigger the GPS or Qualcomm.I wouldn't worry about it but i wouldn't put this guy on your next application.

    that's going to go on your dac no doubt about that then no-one will hire you.If he doesn't use dac services he will buy it just to make sure companies know you abandoned his equipment.also then he may charge you for retrieving trk and trailer and for clean up cost if he hired someone to clean trk inside and out.

    Why not just do the right thing and actually talk to him about a way to get his truck back to him? Wouldn't you want that if you owned the truck?
