    Got a call from the terminal mgr over cartersville(ltc) and morrow, ga(Dana) he said cartersville ltc are Dow out & backs. Morrow Dana is valvoline out & backs. Does one pay more than the other? Is the delay pay more than $20 hr? Benefits? Just wondering. Have five years of tanker experience. Do they pay for experience? Any info would be appreciated
