I've tried to read Mistborn 3 times and listen to it. I just can't get into them.

 

I appreciate the complex rules he comes up with for his universes and the balancing act/consistancy. I think he'd make a great video game designer.

 

I liked it, but I've read books people raved over that I couldn't read past three chapters. To each his own.

 

If you are into military stuff, Robert Ferrigno's Prayer's for the Assassin is an interesting series about an America following a modern civil war.
