Ya know,This brings up a great point of view to start a thread on, But I Wont.

As MOST of us don't really care about ethnicity in this business.........What Matters is how you guys DONT communicate with us at all.
My biggest pet peeve, I don't care that you guys run Volvo's, Dress like your going to the beach,(Although you only make yourselves look unprofessional in sandals,jogging pants and a wife beater)..Try,Work pants,Work shirt with a collar and work boots..You'll see the difference in respect.

But in all fairness, If you guys are gonna be out here with us.. COMMUNICATE with us.. Don't go down the highway with your white truck n trailer Silent..... You make us feel like your nothing but trying to destroy the way we have been trucking for decades now.

You guys really need to go with the grain, Instead of against it..because I'll tell you what, If I decided 1 day "Ah heck with it,Im going to Yugoslavia,or Bosnia" or wherever and tried the 'silent" treatment over there..It wouldn't fly.

 

Ok brother, I will give you that because I could not possibly know for a fact if every LS Agent does it or if the one I am referring to does it on every load.

He probably does.....until he needs to move say 40 loads in one day and he's exhausted all the LS trucks and he only needs a couple of LS approved carriers to get the whole move done. There aren't many absolute truths in this business
