I dont think anyone is pretending to be not guilty by fighting to keep points off their record. Often you are paying fines anyway,.. the goal is to protect your livelihood, license and keep insurance rates affordable.

Yeah I totally agree the Feds have to many regulations in my opinion on the entire trucking industry in my opinion not saying all is bad but they need to redo some of the systems like the dac is a freaking joke and the breaks after 8 hours is by far the dumbest thing

 

Can't says how many times i've had a 8 hour drive to unload. But can't unload till i've had a 30. Just so i can drive the short distance to home.

The DAC has nothing to do with the Feds, it is a private enterprise that is supported by those that subscribe.

 

Make sure Everything is in order on your truck, papers,lights,tires etc, Interstate trucker lawyers are good , and as stated before gotta be sly as a fox.
