Bigred1983 Thanks this. -
You want good money,
avoid ...........OTR.GambitRider, Bigred1983, rabbiporkchop and 1 other person Thank this. -
Is this a good starter company? I know they don't really have what I'm looking for as far as equipment goes but can never hurt to add more companies to the list.Bigred1983 Thanks this.

Yes, it's a good place to start. I think you have to live within a certain radius of a terminal.Bigred1983 Thanks this.

I will have to check that out to be sure but I am almost positive that I do. The one thing if I remember correctly I heard about them that I didn't like was you're with a trainer for like a week maybe less and then on your own? Maybe that has changed now but for some reason that stuck in my head about that company.Bigred1983 Thanks this.

10 days unless you request more time. You'll probably be glad when the 10 days is over; that's long enough to be stuck in a truck with someone else.Bigred1983 and White_Knuckle_Newbie Thank this. -
Thanks for your feedback I really appreciate it I will start applying
-
This is correct. You make more money doing regional or local. For example JB Hunt website for job listing says OTR pays $45k regional and local pay is 50k to 67k.Bigred1983 Thanks this.

Yea the more I research the more I realize perhaps a shorter training period is actually the way to go.Bigred1983 Thanks this.
