If you see "experience required" on any of those websites, ignore it and apply anyway. They all hire new cdl grads.

I don't know, but it's nothing to worry about if it does. You didn't crash any trucks or get tickets for driving so it's no big deal.

When you turn your truck in make sure you're not under a load and turn it in at the terminal.
If you're under a load they can hit your DAC with a "load abandonment" which is bad.

So basically I should just wait until my truck is empty and then return it to whatever terminal is closest to me? And should I give him a two weeks notice or something?

A one week notice is fine, but two is what most people give.
Don't do anything until you get your next job lined up and an orientation date scheduled.
Many times a company will try to keep you away from home if they know you have another job lined up. Set up the orientation date out far enough in case that happens; this way you can always change it to an earlier date if you can leave when you want.

Make sure you photograph the truck and trailer proving there are no damages when you turned it in.
Yes, just take it to a terminal and give them the keys. Take all your stuff out first though.
