Thanks for the encouragement. I'm really looking forward to starting something new after 20 years in the Army and really excited about this new career choice. I will definitely look into the smaller outfits around here. I don't mind doing OTR or Regional/Local. We are used to me going gone alot so the transition for my family will be easy.

    scottlav46 Thanks this.

That's awesome man I have zero doubt you're gonna find what you're lookin for and do right by your family at the same time. Keep us posted on your progress and let us know if there's anything we can do to help!

I don't think T2T is around anymore, I was enrolled in this program. The T2T that was gov endorsed has been gone for years. There's websites that use the same name as T2T but they're not .gov, .edu, etc.

Was contacted today and put my application in for school with Troops to Transport. They have a slot for school on Feb 29 so I may be able to get into that one if my app looks good. I should know something next week. My unit is going to let me take leave to go to the school for 4 weeks. The ball is now rolling. Now time to dig into this CDL manual. I would like to have my CDL before I even go to school so looking at taking the test in the next few weeks. So excited!

I'll be attending The CDL School at a Florida location sounds like. Is anyone familiar with them?

Don't start posting statements and bank slips now letting us know you got 22g's or whatever I'm supposed to care about?
