Need a wotking fax # GA DDS to send in new medical certification card, please. Trying to self certify...new employer required new DOT physical. Number in CDL manual (770.918.6251) is not working so I called DDS customer service and got another BAD number (770.918.6251). Thanks for any help!

Yeah...that's why I called initially but the customer service rep said that only applied to new certifications. I read her that and she told me again, only for new cards. So confused... Thanks...appreciate you!

Yes, so you should be able to fax, but if the number doesn't work, I don't know what else you can do. You might be able to do it online.

    Barbee's Girl Thanks this.

From the posts on this forum. The best advice is to talk that baby in yourself. Straight to the DMV or whatever department you have to deal with in your state.

I woudn't trust faxes and emails for nothing. People never follow through.
