Schneider CHOICE, PLS HELP

My contract with Schneider CHOICE program is about to expire, its every 6 months; This is my first time with Schneider, and I just receive an email telling me they wouldn't renew the contract. no reason was given. I bought the truck from SNI in full price, so I own the truck right out. I wonder if anyone here with a similar experience, because I am so confused. I don't think I do anything wrong or violates any rule or policy.

 

Thank you for replying, the thoughts it counts. that's strange. did you lease the truck? or own it?

 

The email said..
" As you know the Independent Contractor Operating Agreement (“Contract”) between {my company name}. and Schneider National Carriers, Inc. (“Schneider”) will expire, pursuant to Contract Paragraph 21 and/or any related contractual amendments, on January 31, 2016. As a courtesy to your business, I’m writing to let you know that Schneider has made the business decision not to enter into any type of contract extension with {my company name}. beyond that date. Accordingly, this letter serves as confirmation that the Contract will terminate at 11:59 P.M. on January 31, 2016.

I entered SNI Choice last year at May, instead of leasing a truck; I bought the tractor in full price because I saved up. everything went well, and I don't hear any complaint or whatsoever. all of the sudden, I was inform that the contract is expire and they wouldn't renew it? I am so confused..SNI just kicked me out like this without even a reason or a phone call.

 

I called the ICA and he said he doesn't know anything, and that I will need to speak to their boss. I still haven't got a chance to get a hold of their boss

 

What kind of taxes? I don't remember any. but I still haven't got a chance to send them a copy of the title of my truck. would that be a problem? if so, why can't they call me? because I am on the road 80% of the time.
