Apparently you have a different deal than most IC's. We just signed a new agreement in October, 2015. Our old one expired Oct 12, 2015 because they made a lot of changes to it. There is no expiration date.

Income taxes. IRS!!! The title thing could be a deal breaker also.
-
Maybe they just want open a spot for someone to lease a truck through SFI.
freightwipper Thanks this. -
I don't owe any income taxes from IRS, and the 2015 tax obviously not due yet. I was planning to mail the title out this weekend because I just cancel a few loads and headed home because I am sick. Do you think it will change their mind?
Any suggestion of good companies if I can sign on as owner operator with my truck? maybe I should just go else where. mann..this sux. -
Mercer .......would be worth a look.
-
Well, considering it's been 6 months that you had to send it in. I think it's too late for that. Might try Landstar or Mercer like Cat sdp said although Landstar has no trailer rental on vans, Mercer does. Good luck.
-
they letter said send it in by February, so I thought I got time
... I going to call again tomorrow to find out
-
We've heard they're limiting hiring to when current ICs quit... maybe they want to cut back on current drivers now
-
Seems strange to me that a truck purchased from SFI requires title info to SNI.
-
Right, OP had you not seen this new agreement? Or been offered to sign or not sign per your plan of business?
