Land Air Express - Out of Service

According to the Wall Street Journal, they were caught not conducting alcohol/drug tests after crashes, employed a driver who had a positive test for controlled substances and had another driver without a CDL. Nice Work!

By the way, this was Land Air Express of New England, not the bigger Land Air Express. Had me wondering too when they said they only operated in the NE and were out of VT.

 

Vermont has a major heroin epidemic, this outfit may have inadvertently hired or employed some addicts and had to deal with the fallout resulting from it.
